True just back from office...first of all thank u everyone for sharing their views...it gives an overall perspective and different possibilities...i explained the situation to the current employer and they were fine...however i am just thinking what would have happened had they not been fine...but no complaints...i just wish,...things would have been better

may i know if the late submission of pre-joining form by around 4 months (due to some technical fault) and the company's system approved the same form i.e. the form has submitted successfully and ask to await for joining .
my quire y is whether it will affect on joining process or not.
