Facing these top companies interview is new for me...and this cite is for sharing the Experiences So i have posted my post for those who can help and share their interview experiences with both companies..
Area is Corporate strategy -HR
And y should i surrender without going to battlefield...because atleast i can learn many things from these top companies interviews...
So No matters they will recruit anyone from india or not...

Dear Sir,
Its not correct that every fresher will clear the interview in first time. Every time we should learn something. And this is very good that atleast Ady has clearly accepted that she has no experience in MNCs and wants to learn. Then as a senior you should tell the main fundas and tacts to present ourself and crack the interview. Rather then demotivating the person.

I undersatnd your situation. Its a crossroad for you I guess and you have to choose one.
I will not comment which is better. I will rather suggest that you check the profile being offered and take your decision based on your interest in that type of work. No organisation is good or bad. Its always your performance which will make you success and you will succeed only when you like the job.
If you share more details of the offer, the Seniors could probably guide you better.
