Hi All,
I am doing a project with an FMCG. I have to map their recruitment process and prepare the flowcharts to represent the same. Besides, I have to draft their Recruitment Manual as well. It would be highly appreciated if you can help me with some inputs esp wrt the Manual piece. It would be a great help if I can get a format of a Recruitment Manual.

It is a visual representation of the work-flow either within a process - or an image of the whole operation. Process Mapping comprises a stream of activities that transforms a well defined input or set of inputs into a pre-defined set of outputs.
