Also ther in no need for all people have to speak with the clients only few those who are team leaders, Executives like that but here all employees are using mobile which creates much trouble in production floor.

Company can provide CUG for team leaders who are dealing with clients and provide the place to speak
Give 100% 'No' to staff for using mobile phones inside permisses
Executives who use CUG to switch off the mobile in meetings

That was good Aruna.In IT Companies, only PM's & TL's are give ext apart from the regular Finance/HR/IT-Network Depts.We should monitor all of the employees personally & through PM's & TL's..

I have an experience to share with you guys. Once I was in a remote place, my signal in my phone got jammed, i thought the problem would be with my service provider. After coming back home i gave black and blues to my customer care highlighting my issue. They pleaded me saying that the problem is not with them.
