Sick Leave and Casual Leave could not be clubbed together. In your case the total absence is for 4 days. Either you have to give Sick leave or Casual Leave.

Leave policy differs from company to company. Each organization designs follows its own policy. However i am attesting a general Leave policy. Hope this may help you

Hi, we are practicing sunday will be counted as leave when the leave type is CL we will not count EL/PL as leave in this case .
