Previously On 6/10/2016 A Gazette Notification From Govt. Of India Has Been Issued For Enhancement For Cealing Of ESC from Rs. 15,000/- To Rs. 21,000/- & also asked for submitting suggestions & complaints from all persons in the matter before the expiry of period of thirty days. But After Considering the various objections-complaints -suggestions ESIC finally decide to Implement The Cealing Enchantment from 01/01/2017, Gazette Notification in the matter is enclosed herewith for the reference.

Dear All, The Notification has been out for all of you that the W.E.F. 01-01/2017 , Under Rule 50, the wages will be replace from 15000 to 21000. Also find the attachment notification.

I agree with Sh Sumit Kumar Saxena that the Central Govt.has issued a gazette notification enhancing the coverage limit to Rs.21000/- from the earliar limit of Rs. 15000/- and effective date has been fixed as January 01, 2017. He has attached office order along with copy of the gazette notification in his mail.
