HI, I am agree with the above comments that the SAP certification cost is very and also being a fresher it would not be a good decision to go for certification. I would suggest Chander to go for SAP training from a good institute. These are nor certification training but to get a good job these training are good. Also if you are in HR I would say the chances of jobs are good in testing profiles because in testing you do not need to implement the business process but to test the business process a person should have good conceptional knowledge.
I would prefer you to go for an online training program. It will cost you around 20k - 25k and Maya training would be a best option as the trainers are well experienced and they also have their own consultancy. The placement record is also very good. I am Ayisha working as an HR Executive.What my suggestion for u is..... If You do tat course company's will offer you a good package. Only if u join as SAP consultant.... If not you cannot expect the good salary.... More of interest should be there. Should be expertise in tat field.... Doing basic SAP course will also help you more in catching the attention of employer.......

As per my knowledge if u work with an concern who deals HR process with SAP then your experience will be in count. If not you will be considered as fresher in tat field. And about institution its your wish... Just speak to the students of the particular institution and join in tat.
