Hi all.Could someone please help me with how payroll is run in Dubai? And how WPS comes into play?
I have been looking all over for information regarding the same but unfortunately can only find payroll software vendor info which i dont want.

It's pleasure to introduce myself with this forum. I have 7 years of experience, working in different industry such as BPO, Recruitment Consultancy & IT / ITES Enable Services (India), Inflight Catering (Shj. Airport), Logistics (DAFZA). Currently I am into Real Estate industry. My contribution in the said industries were into HR & Admin Dept. at various position. The most fascinating job for me was, when I joined Logistics industry, wherein I succeed to set up the HR & Admin Dept. all alone and run the operation not only UAE but other GCC as well.
I will be happy to share my knowledge with the other group members, whenever required.

I landed here on visit visa and putting up with my relatives, I have total 10 yr corp exp and last 3 and half year, I was running a recruitment company in India. I Have worked with co like techm, vodafone, patni , Mainly as talent aquistion and minorly HR Generalist. I have applied on all matching openings on largest web site, BAYT.COM, GULFTALENT.COM, CHARTERHOUSE.COM BUT there is no call. I am ready to start on low salary. If anyone of you can help me.
