The standard duty roaster is applicable as per guard board for which they have considered only working for 26 days and weekly off is not counted in their salary structure which means that they will avail weekly holiday and for which they must be replaced with reliever. Thus for every 7th day a reliever guard will duty duty in place of regular guard.Moving fwd it is therefore essential that for every six guard there has to be the seventh guard as reliever.
Like wise, since security is 24 by 7 business,
The format is simple that keep 60 guards on regular duty, and 10 on reliever duty and maintain each shift of 20 guards lije a,b ,c shift.while assign reliver guards in each shift.
Consider rotatinng the shift personnel across regular and reliever guards and across the shifts also for ensuring that all guards know job in every shift to be performed and be familiar with round the clock activities.
Consider verification of guards every six months for safety reason. Consider training and fire safety preparedness.
