What i have seen is that if you are going to join really good organisation than definately they are going to give joining period of about a month . And everyone is profession so is the boss in case he is going to be indiffernt it's bad for him not for you.

I agree with Shikha absolutely ,in MNC's for that matter in any company no body is indispensable today you leave thousand others are there to join ,it hardly matters , but the only thing that matters is the employee who leaves should ensure that he get his Relieving letter and Experience Certificate as well also his full and Final Payments .Nothing else is important
