Dear All,
EL auth /working is based on Factory Act which gives the method ie one day EL for 20 days of work after 240 days of working, whereas States have specified their own method of auth which is spelled out in Shops and Est Acts.
Factories act does not specify CL or SL which are specified in States Shop and Est Act.
Casual Leave is for sudden requirement and can not be planned .
