You have received a lot of in puts. I suggest first you determine the Requirement of what kind of Manpower you are going to do( Assumption). Then specify its job description and roles and responsibility for a particular job and based on the same do your project. This is because now a days Manpower available in the market are plenty but on the other hand meeting of ends not happen in the sense gap is there i.e to say skill matching. The companies do not what to spend time and money on the new recruiters. Hence, you may do gap analysis in your project which will be helpful to get quality people/employees.

Hello;
To me it appears a study in Ford company. We can compare from year to year. It can be on these lines - (1) Total recruitment each year for past 5 years, recruitment in bargainable and non-bargainable, recruitment in particular skill, shortage felt year to year, reasons for recruitment such as expansion, retirement, replacement, etc., agencies for recruitment, (2) cost of recruitment from year to year, time required for various vacancies from year to year, (3) male female ratio at the beginning of year and ratio in recruitment, (4) educationwise recruitment, prior configuration and and year end configuration, (5) emolumentwise effect at the beginning of year and at the end of year.
Likewise you can find some more parameters to compare and if you do a detailed study of this, it will benefit the organisation to a great extent.
