I WAS WORKING IN A COMPANY SINCE 13TH SEPT 2013. And left that company on 30th oct 2015 with a notice period of 1 month as per company policy after resignation.. But during 2.2 year of my journy i didnt get my PF account no. Am getting my salary slips but PF no. not mentioned..I have my appointment letter, salary slips of 2.2 years, confirmation letter, increment letter . In all docoments PF is deducting but dont have PF no...I have submitted my PF withdrawal form in dec 2015 as company said they will put my pf no. on withdrawal application form & submitt..But now its 6 months , i didnt get my pf amount... Now how to get my PF amount? as i dont have PF no. Plz suggest... or how to file a case aganist employer..

hi ankireddy, first you have to confirm that PF transfer has done or not because after joining the you have wait for 2 months to tranfer your amount after that only you can transfer the amount
