i my working for this company from last 1 year, now from last 3 to 4 months, i have been appointed as a h.r ( human resource exe), please help me with the h.r profile & h.r policy, this is my 1st step in this department, i also want to know what is leave management, this is a call center, where i am the only person who is handling this department, need your help so i can be the best h.r in this company, this company has 100 people, there are some policy need to talk with you so.
