Hello,
Yea, Job Satisfaction is a key every organization and even to the employee but its unfortunate that many organization lacks this crucial part of Human Resources. But brother, your case here is totally different because you are a manager of your self, so i think you can figure out things and there are questions you really need to ask yourself; Do you have passion doing the job (teaching English)? The monetary return of your service also matters and whether there is another lucrative job at your disposal. If all these are not in place, i guess you figure things out.
Good luck

dissatisfaction comes from so many ways.for ex.,if your competence in teaching english is at stake and employer is not happy, and expressed also, there you are.Anyway, find out what is your core comptency.explore your passion.it requires your mental exercise.believe me, you and you are the only better judge.others can act only as catalysts.think only when you are in the relased state and that is the best time to exolore and take decisions.Initially you may getconfused.DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND LOVE WHAT YOU DO.

Dear Sanjay,
Thank you so very much.......Teaching job is monotonous. To be honest, no one respects this profession anymore...neither the students nor the society.....I work so hard, prepare for the class and when I see the reactions, behaviour of the students..it really hurts....so I want to change my profession....If you can suggest please do suggest ..
Thanks again

Dear Nagaraja,
Your quotes are indeed true...I am not happy because I don't feel that the profession has any more respect...its taken very lightly by the students...their approach towards learning is really painful....so at the end of the day am not happy with the job...salary is not an issue....am happy with it but I don't feel happy associated with it....hope you understand...

Dear all,

I have completed my post graduation in English. Since last three years I have been teaching English to graduates and post graduates students. salary is not the issue with me...My problem is I don't enjoy teaching. To be more honest, Teaching is no more considered as a noble profession...Neither the students nor the society respects it....the belief is such that if one do not find any other job, they go for teaching.....May be few of our readers may not accept it but this is the case...I really cant stand with the attitude of the students...they hardly pay any respect or are serious....so I don't feel good...

I don't know what the reader's may be feeling after reading the above but this is the case....i want to start something fresh...but am confused ..hat was the reason why I wrote that I am interested in social work ,public relation etc because I dont have much idea about the different types of jobs.....this is the sole reason why I choosed this platform because you people do really give valuable advices ...please do advise me...

thanks in advance...........
