As I was reading this thread, I thought of creating a small survey and share it with my network to see how they react.
I created this small survey on <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) about the scope of professional growth in respective companies. I sent this survey to about 100 of my friends, out of which about 87 replied, some with comments. The profile of the respondents are typically of age group 28 - 32 and mostly working for IT and ITES companies.

I have to do my internship project offered by istd. I 'll be doing my project on Training endeavours of RT outsourcing services ltd. I have to send my preparatory note to ISTD for the approval of the guide. But I am little confused as to how to start it up. If any body who has already done it can help me with the sample preparatory note(step 1) and detailed work plan (step 2) , it will be great.
Need your help.

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
