If you fall within the definition of workman because of nature of your duties performed by you, then you derive rights under ID Act and then you cannot be harassed by employer. You cannot be put to long over sittings without overtime. But if you have been terminated then at least through remedy under the Act you can be reinstated on the directions of the court.when one enters battlefield, one should not expect roses will be thrown but one should be alert always.

I have formally resigned due to better Prospect
But my supervisors arent accepting my Resignation
I am serving a Notice Period of 40 Days as against 60 Day + 20 days PL utilized for shortfall
My VP urged me to serve 60 days which is not possible for me.
Please give expert advice on the conns of this nature of problem
