Dear All,

Have come up with certain ideas, although I'm not sure if they are right or not. Would require your expert comment on this

1. We can give the employee of the month award, one in main office and other in Satellite office. We can give a certificate or memoto to these employees

2. Have a central area to share good news may be we can have soft board- where we can put the anything to motivate employees like birthdays, births, weddings, promotions, kid's achievements, coming up events, photo's of various functions, awards which employees gets.

3. Have monthly quiz over mail and the person who gives the correct answer will be given the prize

4. On Monthly basis we can have a get together. Every month we have few people joining or transfers and at the end or starting of each month we spare few hours and organise this event. All the new joinees, irrespective of whatever level they join at, are asked to perform something and introduce them selves to all the oldies. If well prepared, it is a lot of fun and helps in bonding of new joinees.

5. We can ask all the winners to share their success stories with all, like people who get Excellency/ R&R or employee of the month should share their experience with all.

6. Parties- We need to request the Regional Manager to identify the a group who will be responsible to the party arrangement and committee keeps changing. May be we can assign the task department wise

7. We take certain presentations like on stress management, communication, personality development every month or Regional Manager can select any of the employee and can ask him to take the presentation or speak on anything employee likes cricket anything. We can include this task in the monthly activity

8. Fred Cards or Name can be changed - We will ask employees to come with up suggestions to improve the work or any process. The person who give maximum suggestions or does anything to improve his task or other department's task need to share all the ideas. It can be anything. RM can take that idea forward and it can be implemented if he feels it is good enough and that person will get a fred card or a certificate and his name will be displayed on the soft board. I feel it will bring belongings in employees.

9. Office heads need to address his ideas with team, expectations and going forward plan.

what i can suggest is
identify the labor mentality
identify the labor strength and weakness
identifying the continent language to guide them
bifurcate the department and usage of material in that particular department
make employees to understand what is the cost of material they are using and why we should use so contentiously.
make them to realize what is proes and cause of damaging materials and products in the factory.
try to give responsibility for themselves and it should be keep on rotating so that they understand the pressure and difficulties of handing responsibilities.
give proper encouragement and appreciate when the do some good job with some gift articles.
give some materials ask them to read and ask them to act according to it or ask to get it understand by some body and to implement according to it.
initial high resistance will be there later it works smoothly.
This type i have been implemented to bread manufacturing company and i have achieved something from it.

You can start with identifying some basic problems that the employees are facing and then you can make employee clubs with your employees.
In this way the same set of employees who generally crib about lack of facilities will be responsible for resolving the problems.
The employees will surely feel involved, however, do ensure that these groups do work effectively and HR is the custodian of ensuring that there problems and suggetions are both heard and implemented.
