Dear Deepali,
Greetings and Good morning! Books are the best gift for any occasions. You can have a very big range also. As they are only 60 in nos. you can also decide on which one suits to each. My friends's daughter was happy when I gifted a book to her when she become major. All the best!

Cash Voucher is the good idea. I know one of the IT companies who distributed pen drives to the employees on diwali occassion. So you can go for that, of course, it is depending upon the budget, management policy etc.

Hi Deepali,
First and foremost get the budget. Then work around it.
Age, gender of employees would also play some role while selecting the gift. Gift vouchers are neutral and people can get what they wish to. Good quality mithai/ handmade chocolates can always be a part of it. Pen drive/ watches/ small ipods were another option that I could think of. (if the budget permits) or, even bags - with a small logo of your company/ wallets/ silver coins.
Think of something that can be utilized over a period of time. You can check which gifts were given earlier - and which ones were liked by everyone - that will give you a hint about what your people like.
Best Regards,
