Please kindly clarify me on the following :
If an organization obtains sub-code for its branches, whether they have to submit returns separately (ESI half yearly) to the Local Office and mail the same to the Regional Office. Because they are obtaining ESI numbers for employees from the sub-code Local Branch Office.

You have to send the Returns to the concerned Branch Office, in whose jurisdiction ur branch office is located. Since the Returns are SO IMPORTANT ... as the Insured Person get his cash benefits based on the returns only......further in certain cases the important certificate for 'Super Speciality Treatment' will be issued by the branch manager from the details of the returns.....only............. Pl. submit the returns to the concerned ESi branch offices invariably to avoid hardship to your employees......

My registered office is in Delhi & ESIC code from Delhi & we have a project in Pune & we are the secondary stake holder of the Project & we represent a sub-contractor for the Project & we need to deploy the manpower for the work to be performed as per the requirement of Primary stake holder.
We do not have or require address of Local Branch office. as our Manpower sits in the Primary Contractor Office. So please clarify, how can I get the sub-code for ESIC in Pune.
Pls advice.

Sir, I was apply renewal (PSARA) licence of security for Haryana Region, but from haryana authority recd letter for requirement of ESI Sub Code of Haryana. Sir, in Haryana only 7 or 8 employees recruited and I have Delhi ESI / PF Establishment Code. Sir, is it compulsary ESI Sub code of Haryana for PSARA Licence renew or not if yes, so please help me sir what can i do for the ESI Sub Code and where apply for this code. Sir, please help me.

Dear Dilip, you have confirmed that you already have ESI Code Number.There is no provision to create sub code number for " we forget our password and the person who done this work previously he left the job and we are unable to trace his mail."
please go over to ESI Local Office with letter for resetting password.further you have to update Telephone & E-Mail ID in Employer data base for receiving Password/Mail information
While handing over charge, ensure to collect all relevant details.Please make efforts to contact person who was handling ESI Job
