As a person hailing from Bangalore, Karnataka, I am already contributing to citehr in my own way and Umesh will vouch for that.
Out of the 41 entries posted only Lingaraju seems to have understood the idea of this site and started to share some useful links. All the others seem to say how wonderful it is to join or they like to join.
My advise would be for one of you, that has shown the interest, to start collecting information about others and prepare a databank of interested members. The data to include a member's name, organisation (s)he works for, position, email/phone number, the field of expertise, etc. This information can be relayed to the members via their email.

In fact I happened to attend one of his lecture (during our cite hr Bangalore meet) session, it really a informative one and the presentation was really make people to understand the concept easily. It was very simple and great in content.
We are planning to use his knowledge, whenever he is in India by organising more HR meets.
