I have already put strong note against that decision. Only thing I really don't know (as I was out of India) when the PF ceiling has gone up from RS.6500/- to Rs.15000/-. Can any one pls let me know the date and section where it has been amended.
Moreover, in Indian scenario, if anyone is working as Consultant/Advisor, reporting office everyday and enjoying all the facilities as an regular employee and no work break, then can he claim for Gratuity ? Is there any age limit for that ? Consultant's payment is a consolidated salary, hence no PF, ESIC facility he is enjoying, but, can PF, ESIC authority take action on such case ?
