As per the information provided in posting, the management is completely biased and moving on a wrong track.The lady resigned but the management did not consider her resignation. She was rather allowed to continue job at her convenience, is not only bad but out of focus action. The said employee sent the information about her second pregnancy very shrewdly. The management have left with no options to consider her resignation instantly on ground that she didn't resume her duty in given time as agreed. Whether she put 80 days prior to her delivery stands in valid on ground of separation.
