Warm Greetings!!!!
My Question is
ESI Employee's share of contribution (1.75%) is always to be deducted from the Gross salary of the employee. When he is getting 15000/- per month.
but If when he is getting 20000/- per month as gross ,then what is the deduction?
according to ESI CELING RATES what is the deduction that employee getting 20000/- as a gross salary.
weather we have to deducted according to 15000/- celing rate or 20000/- celing rate.

Dear members.......spouse relation is confined to their four walls only...........
but when they enter into working place........they are just employees of that company....
So you have to cover each employee irrespective the relation among them........as under
ESI Act.....Maternity benefit gives to a female employee only not for his husband.......I hope
all you got my point........
Best of Luck,
