I echo the comments of all who have replied.
Yes, it can ruin your career, but more than that, it speaks of a total lack of integrity. Lies and falsehood only draw one into more lies.
I hope that the replies here will get you to re-think your values.

Dear All,
After going through all the replies, it really hurts to see that people like us gives such types of reply. Have any body ever thought of why Prakash has asked for Fake payslip and appointment letter. Initially we should understand the reason why he is asking for these documents.
Also its high time we should think that now a days where our society has gone down to that even if you have talent then also u cant.
Many big companies ask for high high degree but they don't understand that while on work those degrees , marks hardly matters. It depends upon individuals skills that how good someone can be in some profession. But unfortunately still India is running behind marks and degrees. No value of talent....My practical experience....

Dear Gayathri,
Sorry to say but again we are going to a wrong track. Instead of finding the root cause for what made Mr. Prakash to go for fake documents is more important rather than removing him from this community. May be this guy is having talent but unfortunately our system doesn't permit him to show his talent. May be he is frustrated of refusal.
So rather than blaming we should find out the root cause and try to eradicate the same.

Hello Mr. Prakash, Firstly, Never do this as this may ruin your career even before starting & secondly do not misuse the freedom of writing to a forum by posting such a non sense. Thanks, Harsh
Dear Sarkar,
It's not just in India, it's a practice in all countries where there is more supply and there is choice for selecting candidates. We cannot change company practices to root out the main cause. However, we can warn people about the unethical and illegal actions which will land the individual in more trouble than (s)he bargained for.
Have a nice day.

be frank mr praskash. No need to beg for fake certificate if you have a skill. Once you succeeded in getting fake certificate you will be encouraged to go in this way and not in a normal way and it will also leads you to do some other things which i dont want to explain. So be be frank and what you are going to lose is one year and not your career.Best of luck
