Transfer of functions from Admn to HR is not easy. You have firstly, try to convince your bosses in the present organisation that you will be doing equally good in the HR as well. Recruitment is an equally specialised activity in HR field and the managements, in the normal course, do not like to take chances. However, you may be on the look out for opportunities out side your present organisation and also through the current avenue to explore for the desired change.

Jeevarathnam Pji my company is event management company & i look after accounts. We have hardly 7 person as employee n 4 directors. And it have been decided my bosses from April they will start PF facility.
I have joined this organization on 01/12/2010 and completed nearly 1 and 1/2 yr.
So my question is from when should be the PF calculated from the date i joined organization r when the PF facility started.
As sum one told be it has to be started from the date of joining the organization till PF facility started. Is it rt r wrong information.

From this what I understood is you are planning to start PF from April 2012.
Since you are planning to start PF from April then both Copany & employee contribution of PF starts from April 2012 only.
That too PF department will give you the coverage date. How can you contribute before the coverage date?

I have doubt in PL/EL. Every employee/worker can eligible PL/EL whether permanent or temporary or consolidate pay roll. Pls any explain. ramravi

Yes, all the employees you have mentioned are eligible for EL but the number of days of EL differ, not the same for all the three categories of employees and it completely depend upon the company leave policy.

You have to see the reference in the relevant document regarding the date of application, however, in absence of the same the PF will come into force from prospective date only.
