see hr professional is not a easy thing, it required lot of home work and updates. you dont have a exp in T&D then why you prefer hr job. sorry am not discouraging you just am sharing with you. Now a days there is no worth for MBA's every one want to do mba and enter into hr field. practical mba exposure only workout in this scenario not theoretical mba not at all value for hr. showing interest on hr is appreciable but think employer point of view, today world is highly competitive. In my view no one will prefer marketing people for HR.
kindly apply a suitable job which suits your profile/relevant exp. you should switch over from marketing to hr at initial stage itself but its too late.
Dont blame employers for not providing opportunites.
