in my opinion gender wont be a hindrance to any kind of job,it depends upon the skills ,abilities & expertise required by that particular job. hr job can be handled by both a male & female employee,but it totally requires ability to do that job.basically many organizations prefers to have a women as hr,because of their patience & grievance handling skill.

I don't think women are much better than men in terms of challengers,capable to do. just simple coming to office and going by there fantacy apperance.i.e reason manfacture companies won't give much preference to women.
