Need some information and material on female employees working post 8pm.
1. Is it necessary for all employers to file form R or is there are notification exempting IT/ITES and other organizations, if yes please share the notification copy.
2. If any one has the contractor labour notification of mandatory guidelines please share.
3. Is it required to take consent letter from Female employees for working after 8pm, does anyone have a draft format, please share.

What is the minimum number of women that needs to be in the office after 8pm. I understand it’s 2, can anyone provide more details and/or notifications in this regard ?
