I am working in a construction company as a front office Assistant for 2 yrs,though the post is Front Office, am doing recruitment (Man Power required on site),all MIS work ,issuing warning Letter ,Appointment Letter ,Exit interviews F& F settlement ,Attendance ,Payroll .
I can not promote as HR executive here ,what is the process I enter in the corporate as executive in HR.
Pls guide me

I am working as a Secretary in experience around 15 yrs (age is 42 yrs). My qualification is B.Com + Dip in HR & currenty I am persuing MBA - HR 4th semester from Sikkim Manipal University. But I am not promoting in my present company - HR dept., & even I am not getting any chance in other organisation. I would like to know shall I continue to search in HR Exe (entry level) or continue as a secretary position.
