Dear Labourmurthy,
Pl.inform i) what is nature of work the person was assigned to do and can you brief how this accident happened
ii) how this injury was inflicted, iii) was it 'in the course of employment'? and
iv) did accident occured during the 'duty hours' inside the premises or outside.
v) was the person involved a 'workman' as per the act,
vi) does this person covered under ESI.
vii) to what extent this injury affected the 'working capability' of the person involved, if yes, has it been declared 'partial or permanent/temporary' disability.
viii) is there any report by competent doctor assessing the 'disability' and awarded %age.
Unless proper clarifications are available to the above it's not possible to state our opinion on this query.

one Hamali union has registered under Trade union act 1923 with affiliation of CITU. because of misconduct of some members their members ship cancelled. these hamalis were joined to AITUC and started new union. now my questions are
1. the government can power to issue new registration certificate under trade union act to the new union with same door number and address.
2. what about the union property ?
3. how to distribute the union property to these two unions ?
kindly clarify as early as possible.
