The info, on BSC that You received is god. But, since there is not much detail about kind of organization in witch You wanna to implement BSC I have to tell that there are two kind of BSC.
One kind is for profit organizations and the another is for non-profit and governmental organizations. Some of the perspectives are changed and procedures are different from implementing BSC in non-profit and government organizations than in profit organizations.
