I study about this topic. I want to see that what did affect in employee improvement in continuous improvement process. I see that if we follow CI in the organization, we should involve employees. Employee involvement is achievable when two factors are present in the organization: commitment and equity.

On the other hand, the human resource management department plays an important role in the correlation mentioned above. Human resource management is linked to human quality resources. I want to know which factors in human resource management play the most important role in this connection. Are there any factors that can directly affect employee involvement in CI as well?

Thank you so much.

Hi Payamjoom,

Good evening. It's true that continuous improvement is interlinked with employee involvement, but both are different in aspects. A lot of development strategies and factors are generally practiced in companies to keep employees updated. For employee involvement, some factors I would like to include are:

1. Competency mapping (proper allocation of jobs based on requirements and skills they possess).

2. Training and Development (should focus on training activities based on necessity, long or short-term programs, the extent of their effect on employees, improvements, and input from them, making sessions attractive and including desirable inputs).

3. Performance appraisal system and regular performance feedback.

4. Employee survey with required costs and techniques, making it simple.

5. Culture and technology as user-friendly.

6. Good relations with superiors, subordinates, and colleagues.

7. Proper understanding of job description, allocation, and satisfaction.

These are just a few factors that I tried to include. I hope this is useful.
