1) as a Area Manager I can't refere anyone. If one employee refer another he will get 15k after 6 months completion of referred employee.

The 2 referral details are like that..

1st one 2 candidates joined together. X my know personally..so I didn't go for referral. But he brought his friend Y. Company policy before release of offer letter we have to Send a referral details to company. So I told my old employee to refer Y through his Email id.

2nd one ..one candidate I knew before .. He was on 395000 in old company. I wanted brought him in my company at 370000. Why because if he takes more than 370000 then he will have more target. So I promised him to give him the referral amount 15k. So I referred him through the candidate who referred 1st candidate.

Both referred by 1 candidate only. The same candidate when resigned got some miscommunication and my oppposition who jealous of me have influenced him complain against me.

The charges put by company that ' for seeking undue financial support by you from ex employees'

I have given the same clarification whatever I am giving in this forum.
Did not get any settlement . I am told that I will receive I f&f as process.
My fight is that I am not saying I am right. But I was not wrong also because I have not done anything against company. It was all for company only. They could have given me warning also.
Or I am fighting now to take back the termination option and Give me chance to give resignation at least.

From what is written by you circumventing of rules in referral of candidates appears to have taken place.
Charges levied appear to have some basis as what can be made out in your own words.
You need to take proper legal advice to find a way out of this problem.

When your position in your company calls for certain rules you should not have broken it.. There!! Integrity missing.

Dear Om,
I have no idea under what rule they tried and terminated you. If there is Standing Orders in vogue I doubt whether it would apply to you or not. If any other rule I could give my opinion only after looking those relevant clauses as a whole. From what is stated by you it appears you admitted the guilt of indulging in collecting money from your colleagues among other things, not withstanding your defence that it's not against the co. Again what should be extent of punishment once the guilt is proved beyond doubt would depend on the provisions contained in the relevant rules and the Inquiry Officer. However to me it appears that termination is too harsh a capital punishment due to the fact it could be the first offence charged against you. Therefore legal remedy is the only relief you might attempt at this juncture. Much would depend on the documents available with you in defending your cause. Pl.consult an eminent advocate quickly.

Be brave,confident & true.First check your documents specially your appointment letter,conditions and terms must be studied carefully. Many times we work right for wrong people. Forget the past and start with new company and aware about if buts of every employment legal and Mandatory documentation.

Dear All,
Thanks all for ur adivices .. I don't want to fight with the company because my time waste and don't want to go back to company because who can not respect one employee effort and the loyal person who has given more than 100% to company.
But I want my career should not destroyed. Kindly suggest when I go for new job interviews there it will be effect on my selection or not? Or how I should handle this termination .. Because I don't I done anything wrong.

One should not know what is integrity.
One should be able to understand when someone tries to do certain things which he is not supposed to do,by using third parties.
Attitude is what makes a difference.

Learn right lessons for what has happened and not keep seeing only one side.
Anyway damage is done,now what is written in your termination letter?
