Need one information, I was working 3 years ago in small firm and there was no concept of PF/Salary slip/Form-16 and I had been worked there approx 1 year and was getting salary in cash.
I have joined now MNC and they want to share all those things which have mentioned above so please suggest me how should I deal with them.
And please let me know one thing more, what is the criteria for getting the form-16, PF, ESIC.
There was procedure of PF optout .
