I want to know the process steps of background screening regarding Educational Background check...
If a candidate is a B.tech and worked in 3 companies earlier, now he is joining in 4th company... will that 4th company verify all 3companies experience?
And will verify the educational qualifications including SSC, Intermediate, B.tech??? or only verify the final Degree (say B.Tech)??? & where it will be verified?? will it be in College / School or University(Engg) / Board (SSC/Inter)?? or at both places....
Seniors... Please tell me in detail.... i want this information very urgently...

Previous employment level checks depend upon the company. Mostly, the last company where the candidate has worked is given priority. The verification is done through a phone call or email conversation.
Also, as I said, depending upon your company, a similar process is followed for the 1st or 2nd company as well.
As far as the educational verification is concerned, B.Tech all semesters, 10th, and 12th marks are all verified through the university/board, respectively. This can be done through the candidate's enrollment number.
