Dear swaminathan, Due to the most liberalisation of medicaL facilities to the Insured Person, Now the Insured Person can request the concerned Hospital authority to refer his case to the any of the ESI tie-up hospital through out Inidia, as per his wish.........THIS PROCEDURE IS IN CASE OF SERIOUS INJURIES.
If u say about routine medical facilities, the Employer, as he was transferred to Chennai, u please ask him to submit ESIC-53 form at the old or New ESI Branch office to transfer his disensary from Chennai to Madhurai.
Regarding the medical facilities to his family, if he is working away from his family, He can request the concerned ESI Branch Office to provide a separate ESI Card (Family purpose) which can be useful for their family @ chennai.
Further if he is having enough passions and he enrolled under Project Pehachan, he will be provided with two smart cards, one for him and another for his family members, which can be used at any dispensary/hospital through out India....(AFTER FULL COMPUTERISATION OF ALL ITS DISPENSARIES & HOSPITALS... Hope it will take another 2/3 months...

can I know how to get the summary of the paid thing.. I want to get the information in half yearly and quarter yearly.. I am logging into the account. but I am not able to find where I get those information.. so please help me out in this

Dear Lokesh, There is no requirement of submitting the returns for ESI and PF Since it is made online we do not want to submit any kind of Returns. Regards, Sathish.J

This is Mukta here, I work for nanoPix ISS Pvt Ltd. I have a doubt on the above discussion. As per my knowledge as we make ESI payment online we do not file any returns under FORM 5 half yearly return/ Annual return.
Are this returns still exists? or We have to file manually? as there is no online option to file. And if not, then, is there any acknowledgment for it?
Kindly clarify and do share if there is any acknowledgment copy available.
