Read as much as possible and then jot down good points... try to imitate those points and use them in your usage of English. Basically human beings learn a lot by imitation. Its my personal view.

Hi Manoj,
Firstly let me congratulate you for showing honesty in acceptance. This is the first step in learning new things. The suggestions given by the respected members are very true and correct, try and follow them daily. I am myself Soft Skill Trainer and therefore I will suggest you one simple thing - start reading basic grammar book or Rapidex. Daily make use of the sentences which you learn from it and also while doing anything keep translating whatever you see, hear or feel in your mind.

Dear Manoj
In addition to suggestions given by other experts I would like to suggest a grand strategy developed by German psychologist Vera F. Birkenbihl especially to learn German.
However same strategy can be used in learning any language
There are broadly 4 steps to language acquisition according to Birkenbihl
Step1.Understanding the meaning of the word
Step2:Active Listening
Step3:Passive Listening
Step4:Futher Learning activities
Chorus Method
Shadow Speaking
Fill in the blanks(Speaking)
Dictation
Fill in the blanks ( In Writing)
8 pages document of the entire procedure is also attached as an input for your understanding!I am sure you will amazed at your progress in next 180 Days!!
Warm Regards
