There is no fix format for the said purpose..
U just keep in mind that....if u want to welcome ur employee...and also wish that each and every employee....should....accompained with u...so just make a write up...in MS Outlook Express pertaining to all the details of new employee...who is entering in the organization....with insertion of some flower images.....
thats all...
I hope it will resolve ur query..

Even I do agree with Bhagwan, that if you wanna welcome ur employee, then make a creative write up!
U can add following points in that write up!
Employee Name, his designation, his experience, his hobbies, his Birth date, his location of joining....etc. N make it attractive by adding his photograph & images of flowers etc....
Personally I would suggets you to add his photograph in welcome mail as well so that ppl will come to know who this person is; otherwise many a times it happens that u know the person by his name but u dont recognise the same person when he comes in front of u!!!!

Hi! Mehra!!!! You can also add that person’s name in your monthly E - Magazine. You can mention their designation, department.
