1. If the Corporate Office / Administrative Office located within the factory premises then we need not to go for Registration under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. But if the Corporate Office / Administrative Office premises are outside the premises then we have to obtain the Registration Certificate under Shops and Commercial Establishment act.
