Do not be in Hurry, July 29th is not actually a CITEHR OFFLINE MEET. The actual CITEHR OFFLINE MEET is supposed to happen on 19th August, 07. The meet on 29 July is for volunteers to decide our roles and responsibilities. so, I dont think that there would be any formal HR topics discussion and ocourse, informal discussion is possible though not sure. Still, you are interested...you are most welcome :) . Or else 19 Aug, 07 would be a perfect it or you where in which we are gonna plan some presentations on HR topics rom our members and inormal discussions too. Hope, I am clear...
Now, To the GANG,
We should be able to get some badges for the volunteers first and then for the members. We have got spare badges of somewhere around 15. 10 with Nitin and 5 or more with Archana. So, the purpose or volunteers would be served. Rest, we need to get them done by Vendor. For this badges thing, I would get in touch with Nitin.
So, GANG, for these BADGES....we should use the funds we are having with us now....WAT SAY???
Also, I still remeber having word with Vivek on this fund maintenance and stuff. Somehow, he got disconnected with us. Let me see...If I can get in touch with him to discuss regarding this.

Well my tickets are booked..no harm atleast an informal discussion may be done else I'll meet a lot of HR professionals and that too from Indian capital.
I have a poor habit of not stepping back... so I am not thinking of getting my tickets cancelled until something urgent comes.

Thanks for boosting my morale upwards. Aanchal I just recognised few postings of yours addressing me as "Umesh Sir"..dear friend, i like to be known as "Umesh" and please .........
Last night, i spent few hours reading all 18 pages of this particular posting, and you won't believe me, I felt like..I should be working in Delhi and later on I felt guilty like... why I left my job in Delhi three years ago"...so much of inquisitiveness, enthusiasm and a greater charm among all you guys...I really appreicate that..both professionally and personally..
I just came across a nice poem..thought to share with all my news friends of CiteHr.
