I totally agree with u on this...... Geeti shud also b appreciated & rewarded as well for her efforts & contribution in the previous meet n for the spirit with which she is still continuing......... without her all this was not possible...... as rightly said by Mr. Pankaj that "nocreative and positive efforts ever goes wasted"... .. for sure her efforts wont go wasted anyways......... but recognition is must to boost the morale....... wat say team?????
