Can please provide me solution of my problem. Actually I am confuse that in PF A/c no. 21 amount calculated on pension fund wages or pf wages
The situation arises because currently I m working with a colleague
Who calculate amount of a/c no.21on PF wages which is wrong from my view point please provide your valuable feed back

Yes boss this is mandatory to contribute by second person also.
because ESIC is facilities who covered every eligible individual and
every covered person lible to pay the contribution.
