1. Like how was overall experience or be specific as per activity.
2. Ask for improvement suggestion.
3. Post in email employee can revert as anonymous as you will get to know more about employee preferences also and you can take ideas for your new engagement activity.
Suppose if have taken employee to watch movie then i would ask if they did fun because movie was turned out bad or good is not in our hand but sit together and gossiping and laughing and enjoying the movie together.
