Dear Experts, Kindly suggest that we appoint one person on internship, he was on internship from 27th October 2023 to 30th April 2023. The position was confirmed to us on 1st May, he is now on notice period and completing a month notice period. His responsibility till 31-08-2023.
Now the question is whether he will get the experience letter from 27 October 2023 to 31-08-2023 or only after their confirmation i.e. from 1 April 2023 to 31-08-2023

We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

You may advised to issue the internship completed certificate separately from 27th October 2023 to 30th April 2023, Then you can issue the separate Experience and reliving letter from 01/05/2023 to 31/08/2023. this is the clear way as per my experience, thanks.
