Employee has not resigned from the company but Company has closed its project due to financial crises. So what will be the reliving letter format. Please reply its very urgent..

Dear Mr. Susanta Mohanty,

An employer cannot relieve an employee with immediate effect just because the project is at a financial crisis. You need to inform the employee at least a month beforehand (as per the terms outlined in the appointment given to them) of the management's decision to relieve employees associated with that project. Furthermore, if your company falls under the Shops Act or Factories Act, you may also need to verify this before taking any action.
