ABC is a public Sector bank
XYZ is a 100% subsidiary of ABC.
XYZ will provide manpower to ABC to execute some products and also marketing for ABC. Agreement entered between ABC & XYZ.
XYZ in turn will source the manpower from HR vendors. Agreement entered between XYZ and HR Vendors
Query:
Who will be the principal employer? ABC or XYZ?
