Kindly suggest us. We have a seasonal business in (Sep to May) and we are hiring unskilled workers from the local market based on the work requirement.
This workers worked with us for 1 or 2 days or a week in the month, they won't continue us long terms, for work requirement we hiring new unskilled workers on every day.
For the what is the compliance of PF ESIC (they are not agree to deduct PF & ESIC and usually they are not carry the ID prof and all)
Is PF and ESIC applicable on unskilled workers are hired from the local market and usually do not carry any ID or Bank Account details.
