Could someone please explain the concept of the special allowance? Is it in addition to the minimum wages or is it a part of the minimum wages? If it is indeed over and above the minimum wages, what is the amount of the special allowance allocated for each cadre currently in practice?

I agree with Sanjay and Arihant. Notification, date of effect has not yet been declared. The same has also not been raised by many of our manpower supply vendors and paycheck websites as well.
