Please clarify whether the Statutory canteen in a factory located in Tamil Nadu should be covered under the TN Catering Establishments Act 1958 also. Factories are coming under DISH and Catering Act falls under the TN Labour Welfare Skill Development Department (LWSD). If not, is there any exemption to this.
